The Dharana Way of Life helps you achieve long-term holistic well-being, that combines Nutrition, Yoga and Ayurvedic healing therapies through tailor-made programmes.

Reservations at Dharana must include at least one of our wellness programmes for each guest. Each programme begins with an assessment by our experts, after which it is designed to meet desired goals using diet, fitness and mindful practices.

If you choose to stay longer than the length of your programme, full boarding charges will be included in your reservation. (and you will be assigned to the Dharana diet programme)
