Postural analysis by the Physiotherapy expert & implement corrective measures to enhance the optimum functional, Cardio & physical performance in a non-aggressive yet achieving the desired results in Fitness through nature approach which is to continue even after the end of the stay, back home.

To correct the improper eating habits & empower the individual with knowledge of the role in physiological functionality & absorption of required micro & macro nutrients required for Optimal Endurance levels.

Learn & Incorporate holistic mind level fitness components & resolve the conflicts between the physical & psychological understanding of fitness.

The analytics of the DNA Fitness profiling which provides a complete understanding of the individuals’ pre disposing genetic factors which is hampering to achieve the optimal endurance this is further combined with the Gait, Postural & diet analytics.

A thorough personalized plan is prepared in consultation with various professionals through multiple approaches including Physiotherapy, Nutrition / Dietetics & Preventive holistic approach of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy.
